By requesting an order, you agree to the Following terms}
The Client agrees to.
► Agree to never use Ember's work related to train it with AI, Create NFT content and everything that is not authorized in the following aspects.
► Agree to use the commission for personal use. If you are planning to use my art as merchandise/Commercial (intending to make sticker, t-shirts, make money with it) you should pay 60 euros more! And give me credits as the creator of the design.
► Agree that you can republish/use commission artwork, as long as you credit/link me accordingly.
► Agree that I have the right to use the product as an example for future commissions, if the client allows it (Let me know in advance!).
►Does NOT include the sale of my artwork unless discussed beforehand.

The artist I'm allowed to:
►Be authorized to Decline or Refuse any commissioning if I'm not comfortable with that.
►Reserve all rights to the artwork created for the commissioner.
►I am authorized to use artwork created for the commissioner as portfolio works and examples. If the client allows it.

Payment and refunds.
► All commissions are paid IN ADVANCE prior to performing any work on the commission.
► Refunds will be returned in contrast to the percentage of work I have completed on the commission. For example, if the refund occurs during the Sketch stage, you will only receive 20% of what was paid to me.(Sketch- 20%, color base- 25%).
► NO refund on fully completed pieces.

Revisions
► I always send a lot of sketches at the time I accepted the order! so if you want me to change a few things tell me, I won't be able to do it later in the rendering.

Deadlines and delivery
► I have a tight schedule due to being a university student. I will initially let you know if I can take your order or when I have business days that I can work on it. Usually in those cases where I take the commission, it takes between 3-5 weeks to finish your order depending on how much time I have free. If I have problems delivering to the date in time I will let you know in advance.
► In the case where I have time available/vacations, it may take me 2-3 weeks to finish your commission to be completed. Likewise I will give advance notice if any problems occur to deliver on time on the final product.
► If you want to know in the process that is your commission, or in the order that I have with the different orders, look at the “Work queue” that is in my profile! And so you will know in which order I advanced the commissions and if you go first or last on the list.


HOW TO ORDER?
► Send me a reference of your character through notes or by sending me a message.

► If you have an idea in mind tell me! i will do my best to illustrate it, and if you can make a sketch in stickman mode for the illustration idea it makes it easy for me in making the order! (This is optional, just tell me the written idea i can work with it).

► Send me a lot of references

► Wait for my reply so we can discuss any details if needed.
